MWC x KRC Book Launch
November 15, 2025
Co-hosted with Kids Rights Canada (KRC), the book launch aimed to introduce parents and community partners to My Rights as a Child, a book launched by KRC.
Together, participants learned about the rights that all children have under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). The book helps young readers understand their rights as an important step toward becoming empathetic and active citizens.
Family Expo - Thrive in Unity and Support

Our Family Expo provided parents with the opportunity to learn about child-rearing, connect with community partners, and meet companies that serve families. Through educational talks and information booths, parents were able to expand their understanding of the support systems available in the GTA. Activities and program trials were also offered to both parents and children, giving them a glimpse of what CYF Hub has to offer.

Official Launch and Press Conference

Prior to the launch of our hub, we collaborated with researchers to conduct a study. The study helped us refine our scope of services and guided our program planning. The official launch allowed us to celebrate the opening of the hub with the public, as well as share our findings.
